The Alexandra & District Traders & Tourism Association (ADTTA) is again conducting the Alexandra Easter Fair on Sunday, 9th April 2023 from 10am to 3pm in Rotary Park, Alexandra.
The event showcases:

- 50 or more art and craft stalls
- Local food, wineries and breweries providing tasting and sales
- Live music
- Children’s amusements
- and much more
Alexandra and the surrounding district is a popular holiday destination for many over the Easter Long Weekend with local accommodation booked out months in advance by those availing themselves of the four-day break. The Alexandra Easter Fair has been a favourite event in the local calendar for visitors and locals alike.

Stall holders can bump in from 7am.
Terms and Conditions
- Bump in opens at 7am, and concludes at 9:30am. No vehicles are permitted to be moved inside Rotary Park after that time.
- It is the vendor's responsibility to provide their own marquee, table and chairs. Marquee weights (20kg) are required per marquee leg.
- Bump out commences at 3pm and concludes at 5pm. Stallholders are not permitted to pack up before that time, unless discussed with the event team.
- ADTTA reserves the right to relocate vendors for a better fit and to avoid/reduce gaps.
- All vendors are required to provide their Public Liability Insurance Certificate of Currency with their application.
- ADTTA holds $20 million public liability and conducts risk assessments with every event.
- All food vendors will be required to provide a copy of their Streatrader licence with their application, or prior to the event.
- Vendor selection is at the sole discretion of ADTTA.
- Vendors and other stakeholders must respond accordingly and cooperatively with all event management personnel.
- The event organiser has the right to evict any vendor who behaves inappropriately or breaches the vendor's terms and conditions.
- Vendors agree that during the event, the event organisers will be conducting videography and photography which may be published for the purposes of ADTTA and future event promotions.
- Should the event be postponed due to bad weather or other circumstance we will reschedule the event to the next best date available for the location, and/or transfer any stallholder fees to the next available date.
- Our refund policy is we offer a refund with any cancellations made 21 days notice prior to the event. Any cancellations made within 20 days of the event date are not refunded.
